Jump Start session (before we meet online)
Before we meet, I’ll ask for a few “before” photos/video of your paperwork so I have a sense of your starting point. Don’t worry, there’s never any judgment from me, as my goal is to help you make amazing progress. I’ll also send a short questionnaire to better understand your current challenges, potential opportunities, and future goals. Having your photos and feedback before we meet allows us to jump right in to develop your Paperwork Optimization Plan (POP).Take Action session (90-minute phone/video session)
In our Take Action session, we review your photos/video and feedback and focus on bridging the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be. By discussing your unique situation, you’ll see that it’s absolutely possible to purge your paperwork in order to be more productive and accomplish more. We’ll break down your next steps into manageable, clear steps through a Paperwork Optimization Plan (POP) so you can make immediate changes.Accountability Session (30-minute follow-up online session 2 weeks later)
In our Clarity Session, I’ll ask you to share your “after” photos/video and we’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges that surfaced, and review which solutions work best for YOU when managing your paperwork. You can ask clarifying questions, discuss a maintenance plan and consider your next steps. Accountability is key in building momentum so you can reach your goals with more efficiency, productivity, and ease.

STEP ONE: Book your Purge Your Paperwork Session
Choose an appointment time from my booking calendar & pay for your Purge Your Paperwork Session.
STEP TWO: Complete Intake Questionnaire & Send Photos
Once you’re confirmed, I’ll send an email with your intake questions to fill out. I’ll also ask you to send this before pictures, so I have a visual of what’s going on. Remember, there’s never any judgement, only support & action-taking! Both of these should be completed before we meet for our Jump Start Zoom session.
STEP THREE: Take Action Session
We’ll meet on Zoom to explore what’s holding you back and what’s possible as you move forward to purge your paperwork. During our 90 minutes, I’ll be able to answer your questions and offer expert guidance, directed coaching, and actionable recommendations so you have the clarity and confidence to purge your paperwork.
STEP FOUR: Paperwork Optimization Plan (POP)
Your Paperwork Optimization Plan arrives to your inbox the day after our breakthrough sessions includes the critical notes, ideas, and action steps we discussed on the call. Based on my proven 5-step TUDOS Technique, this easily accessible document will enable you to purge your paperwork in order to increase productivity, build momentum and make more impact.
STEP FIVE: Accountability Check-In
Your final accountability check-in is where we discuss your experiences implementing your Paperwork Optimization Plan. Being accountable to your actions is so powerful, and this is chance for us to review what’s working, what may be unclear and what your next steps may be.
