From Linear to Layered: Future-Proof Your Life with a Portfolio Mindset
In our complex world, shouldn't we redefine success on our own terms to create dynamic, adaptable, and resilient portfolio lives and careers that align with us, fundamentally?
For too long, we’ve been told to pick a major, choose a career, climb the ladder, get that corner office, work to retire, and repeat. And if you’re not on this track? Shame on you for not “just figuring it out”. It’s time for the Portfolio Mindset Methodology…
The Baddass-est Decluttering List You’ll Ever Need
To prepare for my upcoming Get it Done! Decluttering & Accountability Club, I’ve assembled the baddass-est decluttering list (90 items!) so you know WHAT’S POSSIBLE to declutter so you feel more ease, control, and calm - with less of that nasty overwhelm, guilt, and “I’ll do it later” talk. I Dared to Show Up — Here’s What Came Back 💫
This fall, I’ve learned a powerful lesson about energy and momentum — one I knew intellectually but am now truly living. When you put things out into the world with clarity, intention, and heart, they have a way of circling back — often in surprising, exciting ways like, and as I leaned in….
Why The Sport & Spirit Women’s Weekend Was Worth Every Effort
I had the privilege of participating in this unique women’s gathering, and wow, was it worth it. 💫
I’ll be honest, it wasn’t easy to make it happen.
Driving 3+ hours, organizing family schedules, and stepping away from the usual routines felt challenging. Facilitating two life design collage sessions was the impetus to attend, but it was the lake, trees, beaches, open spaces, laughter, and incredible women that kept me energized, engaged, and excited. So much more than a getaway, this gathering was a chance to recharge, reconnect, and remember what it means to put yourself first.

Why Summer Feels Overwhelming and Freeing
Summer can be both a dream and a challenge for ADHD creatives like me.
On one hand, the season offers wide-open days, long light evenings, and the freedom to wander, travel, or relax on the deck with a book and a cold beverage.
That looseness can feel expansive, energizing, and full of possibility.
On the other hand, without the grounding of structure, I often feel unmoored—flakey, scattered, and anxious.
The lack of clear plans or routines may look like freedom from the outside, but on the inside, it can create uncertainty and stress.
